By accessing or using DealDNA (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DealDNA is a SaaS platform for real estate investors providing property data management, lead tracking, campaign automation, deal analysis, construction management, and disposition tools.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old.
You are solely responsible for compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing laws, and DNC regulations when using DealDNA's outreach features. DealDNA provides compliance tools but does not guarantee compliance. You assume all liability for your outreach activities.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Usage-based charges (SMS, calls, direct mail) are billed separately based on actual usage.
You retain ownership of all data you input into DealDNA. We do not claim rights to your property data, leads, deals, or campaign content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
DealDNA is provided “as is” without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
